Cher-Mère Hot Oil Treatment with olive, sage, and rosemary oil may help to repair dry, breaking and damaged hair.

Ingredients

Mineral Oil, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Henna, Sage, Nettle, Rosemary Oil, Bergamot Oil, and Indian Hemp.

Directions

  1. Warm Cher-Mère hot oil.
  2. Apply to scalp and hair and cover with a plastic cap and steam under a steam cap or with body heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash with Cher-Mère Herbal Shampoo followed by Cher-Mère Herbal Conditioner.

Hi Ruth, it is unfortunate that you give not context. You ordered products during COVID (May 4th) when the borders and business was shut down in Trinidad and we were unable to fulfill at that time. We have a trail of emails, informing you first that the factory in Trinidad was closed and then arranging for the order to ship from our Canadian factory. We then shipped from our Canadian factory, on May 16th, covering the shipping costs which were far more than you paid to get your package to England. At that time, we also informed you that it was shipped but Canada Post could not guarantee a shipping time due to Covid. In the best of times, international packages take 1 to 2 weeks to get from Canada to England and that time has yet to reach, ( you wrote this review on May 27th). With respect to a refund, you emailed us the morning of May 27th and 6:43 am to ask for a refund, which we promptly said yes to and at 8:47 am your refund was issued on May 27th. when our office was open. We hope that you enjoy the products once you receive them.
