Along with exercise, proper sleep and nutrition...I did this seaweed massage once a month. I notice by the second month my skin was toned, tightened and had a natural glow. So I continued it for a year. I didn't need to use any make-up at all, just sun screen and lip balm to keep my lips moist. Customer service was great at every appointment...I have been to other Spas but none beat Cher Méré...yes I will recommend this for anybody...Dare to believe?
