Very short! It ended just when it began to get good. I left feeling the same way I felt when I went in.... like I need a massage.

To Describe This Experience In One Word "Revitalizing"

I would like to commend the management & staff at Chermere on their attention & dedication to the adherence to the Covid-19 protocols by following simple measures such as having a pre-screening form & checklist in addition to proper temperature testing & sanitizing station.

Overall, I was impressed at the level of professionalism & courtesy displayed by the staff at the Trincity location hats off to the receptionist who confirmed my appointment a week in advance & made sure I got a reminder phone call the day before my appointment. Job well done!!!

I must say that my host Ms. Diana (normally stationed at the Chaguanas branch) was amazing, she was very kind, caring & definitely an expert in her field as she took the time to explain what it entailed to me as it was my first time there. She was patient & addressed each & every concern I had as a first time customer in a polite & professional manner, As for the experience it was out of this world, felt so relaxed & rejuvenated I could not believe I had not done this before!!!

So in closing I just would like to say thank you to the team at Chermere Trincity for my unforgettable experience & a special thank you to you Diana for make my experience such a comfortable one!!!

Will definitely recommend this service to anyone... Job well done guys!!!
