Jobetsugi is a thin matcha that is light in body, with muted flavours of spinach and honeydew melons. Finely milled from high quality Tencha tea leaves that are shade-grown in Uji, Japan. The process of shade-growing increases the amount of L-theanine in the leaves. Our matcha is vibrant in taste and colour!
Ingredients: Japanese Green Tea
Brewing instructions: Measure 2 heaping scoops with a bamboo scoop or 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add to a bowl. Pour 4 ounces of 175 degree water, whisk the water until it froths.
