The hot oil treatment is used as a pretreatment before you shampoo and condition. Warm the hot oil treatment and apply to scalp and cover with a plastic cap to steam your hair. If you have a steam cap, you may put over and steam for 20 minutes, if you do not have a steam cap, not to worry, let your body heat do the work and leave on for 30 minutes. The nourishing, conditioning oil and thinning hair oil, all address concerns as implied by their names. They can be used on wet or dry hair to help add so moisture to dry ends. Try mixing with the associated leave in treatment to get the best results.
